Machined Components
Machined Components
Plastic or fluoropolymer components are molded and machined to meet customer specific requirements. While all products are manufactured as per specific customer designs, typically machined components include ball valve seats, gaskets, washers, filter baskets, etc. These components are manufactured from simple plastics such as Nylon, Delrin UHMWPE to specialist Fluoropolymers including PEEK and PCTFE. DuFlon offers these products as one-off quantities to large scale, quantities requiring mass production. These plastic and fluoropolymer components are referred to as “Precision turned Components”.The components manufactured are could range in sizes from “MM” up to 2 Metres.
