Duflon

Duflon is able to supply a huge range of moulded and machined components using Fluoropolymers or Engineering Plastics. They are sometimes referred to as being "precision turned components".

Quantities:
Duflon is able to support customers with a few pieces for prototype projects up to large production quantities. Fast turnaround prototype facilities are available.

All products are custom manufactured to customers specific requirements.

Plastic or Fluoropolymer components are moulded and machined to meet customers particular requirements. Although all
products are made to customer specific drawings, typical components include ball valve seats, gaskets, washers, filter
baskets etc and materials range from simple plastics such as Nylon, Delrin, UHMWPE to specialist fluoropolymers such as
PEEK, PCTFE and obviously PTFE. Duflon can cater for one-off quantities upto large scale mass production quantities.
