DuFlon Polymers range of components manufactured to offer corrosion resistance or ultra-clean applications generally used in applications such as chemical, petrochemical, food, water treatment, mining or pharmaceutical.

Typical moulding / lining techniques involve Isostatic, transfer and injection moulding and a variety of plastics and fluoropolymers can be used to for either moulding or lining. The whole process from moulding to sintering to machining is carried out in-house.

Duflon’s current production of valves includes components for valves such as diaphragm, globe, knife-gate, check and flush bottom valves.

Other typical lined products include components for sight glasses, lab-ware, dip pipes, tanks etc.
