DuCast components are dedicated sand or investment cast components which can be used in almost any application.

Duflon has its own foundry located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat however also has special relationships with a number of foundries all over India which have been audited and approved by Duflon and some of which are dedicated to only meeting Duflon’s large need of castings which are either used for lining with plastics and fluoropolymers or supplied machined without lining.

A large compliment of materials can be supplied, full range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials are available. Since the list of materials available is so broad. you are kindly requested to contact Duflon to enquire about a specific material.

Duflon is able to supply fully machined castings. Machining is done at its CNC and conventional machining workshops. There really is no limit to what Duflon can supply.
