Duflon has its main manufacturing facilities in Mahad, Maharashtra (around 200km south of Mumbai) as well as a casting foundry in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Duflon also has sales offices and distribution warehouses strategically located in Europe and USA, therefore customers can be given localised service and localised stocking yet utilising Indian production rates.
Duflon currently employees over 250 people globally.
Duflon is a 100% Export Oriented Unit, which allows it to give its customer many tax and supply chain advantages. This license is awarded due to numerous factors including the knowledge that more than 90% of its production is exported out of India. Duflon has a global customer base in almost every continent.
Duflon runs SAP through all its facilities and has ISO 9001 accreditation.
Duflon is currently the largest processor of PTFE in India and one of the largest in Asia. Duflon is a preferred partner of Dupont who are the major supplier of Fluoropolymer resin to Duflon. This partnership concept with customers, suppliers and distributors is a major aspect of Duflon working principles.
